Annual Report 2023

Keys Group is pleased to announce the publication of its Annual Report for 2023.

The Annual Report outlines the Group’s achievements which have taken place over the last year.

The report demonstrates not only the progress to date but also the Group’s continuing drive towards achieving the vision of ‘Inspiring and supporting people to live happy, healthy and successful lives.’

“We made progress across all of the objectives we set for 2023.

I am proud of the work done by our Inclusion Forum and continue to look forward to the honest and open debates we have in our Colleague and Manager forums. We didn’t quite set up a charity board but continued to support many initiatives led by our colleagues throughout the year. We did roll out Keys Connect, our therapeutically informed model, across our children’s services and look forward to this reaching the whole organisation in 2024”
