Full induction & introductory programme
All new staff are entitled to 28 days annual leave including national bank holidays and this Increases with duration of service. You also have the option to take additional annual leave if required and we have a sabbatical leave policy should you wish to take an extended break from work.

Enhanced DBS check paid for by us
The safety of the young people in our care is our number one priority. For many of the roles with Keys you will need to have an Enhanced DBS check, which usually costs up to £150 but will be completed and paid for by us during your onboarding.

The blue light card is a discount service for the social care sector, providing our members with thousands of amazing discounts online and on the high street. You need to pay £4.99 to register for two years access which unlocks more than 15,000 discounts from large national retailers to local businesses across categories such as holidays, cars, days out, fashion, gifts, insurance, phones, and many more.
Free meals (in some services)
Some of our services provide meals for the people we support. Where this is the case we also provide the same nutritious and healthy meals to our staff.
Long Service Awards
We also show our appreciation to our loyal staff by offering a long service award. A gesture that starts after you reach your first 5 years with us, and then every 5 year interval after that.
