Our Annual Report reflects another year of growth and continued progress across Keys Group, as we respond to the changing and increasingly complex needs of children, young people and adults.
Over the past year, we have adapted and developed our services to better meet these needs. This includes expanding alternative education pathways, strengthening our health offer and evolving our residential provision to support those with higher and more diverse needs. Our focus remains on delivering flexible, responsive support that helps people achieve positive outcomes.
As our CEO, David Manson mentions:
“There is no doubt the systems we work within face real pressure, but every day we see the difference that dedicated people and the right support can make. That belief in improvement continues to drive everything we do.”
Quality continues to be a priority, with 93% of our services rated Good or above. Alongside this, we have invested in our people, strengthened our use of digital systems and continued to build a more sustainable and resilient organisation whilst meeting our ESG commitments.
