Keys Group Management Conference 2023

Keys Group’s 2023 Management Conference at Coventry Arena was a huge success.

The event brought together leaders and managers from across the organisation, representing all parts of the Keys Group family from Accomplish, Keys, and Peak. The conference’s theme, “Our Journey Through Keys Group,” celebrated the many years of service that colleagues in the room and throughout the organisation have given to the children, young people, and adults that they support, educate, and care for. The conference provided a unique opportunity to explore ways to improve support for colleagues who are embarking on or progressing their journey with Keys Group, with a focus on retention and the delivery of high-quality services.

The evening was a highlight, as the EPIC Awards ceremony recognised the hard work and dedication of colleagues in all Keys Group’s services. The winners received an award for demonstrating and living the EPIC values every day. The different categories included Excellence, Passion, Integrity, Caring, and a special Inclusion Award. With more awards presented this year than ever before, the ceremony was an outstanding showcase of Keys Group’s commitment to excellence.

The event was a great opportunity for the Keys Group family to come together and share ideas, thoughts, and stories. Keys Group would like to thank everyone who attended and made the event a success.
