Keys supports adults across Merseyside, centred on Liverpool and reaching the wider metropolitan boroughs of Sefton, Knowsley, St Helens and Wirral within the Liverpool City Region. We help people with everyday living skills, personal care, medication, budgeting, community access and routes into education, volunteering or employment.

Supported living in England is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Support is built around each person, whether they live on their own, share with others, or are stepping down from residential care.

For people’s safety we describe the areas we support rather than naming individual services or addresses. We also accept referrals from beyond Merseyside.
