Keys supports children and young people placed by local authorities across the East of England. Each home is registered with and inspected by Ofsted, the regulator for children's social care in England.

Homes provide spacious bedrooms, communal living areas, outdoor recreational space, educational resources, and dedicated therapeutic rooms. Placements can be single-occupancy or dual, and homes have between three and five beds, giving placement teams choice across the county and the wider East of England.

Placement & pathways in East of England

Information for placing teams

Placing social workers and commissioners can check current vacancies in the East of England with the Keys referrals team. Every placement starts with an initial enquiry and a thorough assessment of the young person's needs before a suitable home is identified, with ongoing support once they move in. Staff are trained in the Keys Connect trauma-informed model
