What is Adult Care at Keys?
Adult Care at Keys provides residential support for adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries and mental health conditions. Services are designed to promote dignity, stability and quality of life.
Who are your adult care services for?
Our services support adults who may require long-term care, re-enablement following illness or injury, or support to build greater independence in a safe and structured environment.
What are Keys residential services like?

How is support personalised?
We take an individual, flexible approach to care. Support is tailored to each person’s strengths, aspirations and needs, with care plans that evolve over time rather than following a fixed pathway.

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is an approach that focuses on understanding the reasons behind behaviours and responding in proactive, compassionate ways. It aims to improve quality of life and reduce distress.
What is “Connected Support”?
Connected Support means adult care services are linked with specialist services across Keys, including Keys Health. This ensures care, therapy and clinical input work together seamlessly.
