Bayview Lodge in Rhoose, Vale of Glamorgan, provides residential support for up to seven adults with learning disabilities and autism. Using the Active Support model, we work proactively to understand each person's needs and help them build trust, confidence and independence.

Our person-centred approach is shaped around Positive Behavioural Support, with keyworkers matched to each individual and strong links to families, professionals and the local community.
