Blackwells is a residential care home in Hereford supporting up to seven adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs. Each person has a large en-suite bedroom alongside shared lounges, a dining room and front and rear gardens.

Support follows Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and person-centred planning, with care reviewed regularly so it keeps pace with each person's health and wellbeing. The home is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
