At Bryn Irfon in Llanwrtyd Wells, Powys, we provide residential support for up to eight adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, communication difficulties and associated complex needs. We work alongside each person to build confidence, celebrate every achievement and make sure their voice is heard in the choices that matter.

Our care is built around person-centred planning and the Active Support Model, with one-to-one support from dedicated key workers to help people learn new skills, pursue what they enjoy and thrive at home and in the community.
