At Parc Lodge, support is delivered through a person-centred approach, tailored to each individual’s needs, strengths and aspirations. The team works closely with a wide network of health and social care professionals, including mental health teams, GPs and community services, to ensure holistic and joined-up care. Individuals are supported to engage with services, attend appointments and develop the skills needed to manage their wellbeing, build confidence and move forward positively.
