Chepstow House is a welcoming residential service in Ross-on-Wye, supporting up to 13 adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical needs and sensory impairments. Tailored support pathways are built around each person's strengths, interests and aspirations.

We take a person-centred approach backed by Positive Behavioural Support, with regular keyworking and 1-to-1 sessions in a calm, respectful and encouraging home.
