At Chesterwood in Kings Heath, Birmingham, we support up to five people living with an acquired brain injury. Our aim is to enhance independence and quality of life after injury in a friendly, encouraging and nurturing environment, working closely with each person to turn their goals into practical everyday objectives.

We build care around person-centred planning and the Active Support Model, with dedicated key workers and strong community links helping people develop skills, try new activities and live a meaningful life.
