Eilat is a clinically led rehabilitation and longer-term support service in Charminster, Bournemouth, specialising in adults with an acquired brain injury or degenerative neurological conditions. We provide focused, goal-directed rehabilitation in a homely residential setting, with a pathway towards more independent living where appropriate.

With our own Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist, support is person-centred and evidence-based, helping people relearn life skills and reintegrate into the community.
