Oakhill in the Swansea Valley provides specialist rehabilitation support for up to seven adults living with an acquired brain injury. We understand that no two people, and no two brain injuries, are the same, so our support is personalised, flexible and built around each individual.

Through person-centred planning and clinically validated outcome tools, we focus on life skills, emotional wellbeing and real, sustainable progress, helping people develop independence in a warm, home-like environment.
