We provide a safe, structured and homely environment where people can build confidence and take positive steps towards independence.

Our team helps people understand their diagnosis, manage anxieties and reduce behaviours that challenge, with person-centred support, access to psychiatry and in-house therapeutic groups such as mindfulness.
