Westholme is a tranquil three-storey Victorian residence in Birmingham supporting up to 13 adults with diverse needs, including acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities and mental health needs. Here, people build confidence, embrace their identities and pursue greater independence within a caring, inclusive community.

Our person-centred, outcome-focused support helps people develop coping strategies, life skills and resilience, with strong clinical partnerships and excellent staffing ratios ensuring help is always at hand.
