Wings is a proactive, responsive service that helps people build confidence and practical skills in a relaxed, safe environment. We work alongside each person to set and achieve personal goals and to access training, volunteering and employment.

Every plan is co-created to match individual ambitions and abilities, with a flexible approach that adapts to changing needs. Learning happens both at home and out in the local community, helping people develop everyday skills and connections.
