Llys Afon is a small residential care home in Canton, Cardiff, supporting two adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. The home is made up of two interconnected ground-floor flats, each with its own bedroom, en-suite and kitchen.

Support follows a recovery model, using the Recovery Star to track progress, with care tailored to each person. The home is regulated by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).

Llys Afon is a welcoming home on the outskirts of Cardiff, supporting two people with mental health needs and learning disabilities. We tailor our support to each individual, promoting mental and physical wellbeing in a nurturing environment.

Following the Recovery Model and using the Recovery Star tool, we help people maintain their identity, rebuild self-confidence and develop the skills to manage their mental health, working towards greater independence and more control over their lives.
