Llys Afon is a welcoming home on the outskirts of Cardiff, supporting two people with mental health needs and learning disabilities. We tailor our support to each individual, promoting mental and physical wellbeing in a nurturing environment.

Following the Active Support Model, we help people maintain their identity, rebuild self-confidence and develop the skills to manage their mental health, working towards greater independence and more control over their lives.
