Lyndale is a residential care home in Hereford supporting up to 10 adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities or autism. Accommodation includes eight bedrooms and two self-contained flats, three with en-suite wet rooms, a five-minute walk from the train and bus stations.

Support is built around the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model, and the registered manager is a qualified PBS trainer. The home is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Lyndale is a residential service in Hereford supporting up to 10 adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism. We provide personalised, compassionate support tailored to each person's strengths, interests and aspirations, helping people thrive and lead fulfilling lives.

Care is built around Positive Behaviour Support, championed daily by our registered manager, a qualified PBS trainer, with support plans shaped by the people we support. The home offers eight bedrooms and two self-contained flats, a welcoming kitchen and dining room, a courtyard and a large garden, all a short walk from Hereford's train and bus stations and local amenities.
