Taith Cartref supports 13 adults with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism. We provide personalised, professional care built on respect and a deep understanding of each person, celebrating everyone’s uniqueness.

Following the Recovery Model and using tools such as the Recovery Star, we offer a clear pathway from more intensive support towards greater independence. Alongside en-suite bedrooms, self-contained flats and studio apartments give people the right level of support at each stage of their journey.
