The Haven, 31 Haven Road, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA61 1DUThe Haven is a residential care home in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, supporting up to fourteen adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injury (ABI), learning disabilities and physical health needs. It is arranged as three areas, including apartments for more independent living.
Support is person-centred, using the Recovery Star and Active Support models, with input from specialist advisors and clinical consultancy. The home is regulated by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).

About the home
The Haven in Haverfordwest provides specialist support for 14 adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities and physical health needs. We encourage and motivate each person to gain confidence, pursue what matters to them and lead a fulfilling life, with their voice central to every aspect of their care.
Staff use the Active Support and Recovery Star models and are backed by a specialist clinical support team, including autism, brain injury and behavioural advisors, with further psychology, psychiatry, occupational therapy and speech and language input as required.

Who does The Haven support?
