Ty Bradwen in Skewen, Neath, provides tailored support for six adults with mental health needs, who may also have learning disabilities or a dual diagnosis. We help people build on their strengths, develop coping strategies and move towards greater resilience and independence.

Our outcomes-focused, person-centred approach promotes self-management and wellbeing, and for people with a learning disability we use the Active Support model to ensure the right level of support and measurable progress.
