At Ty Llewellyn in Trecynon, Aberdare, we offer everyone a person-centred, strengths-based assessment that highlights their existing abilities and how specialist support can enhance their independent living skills. We support people to make their own choices and live the life they want without limitations.
We also provide therapeutic support for people following discharge from hospital who may need additional help to regain, maintain and develop their living skills within a community setting.
