Embleton View provide education for students with SEN with particular focus on those with SEMH and ASD. Our school offers education to students from Year 1 to Year 13. We work in partnership with local authorities to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. It is our aim that all students fulfil their potential.

What is Embleton View School?
Embleton View School is a specialist independent school providing education for children and young people from Year 1 to Year 13 with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We provide a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where every student is supported to achieve their potential.
Who can attend Embleton View School?
We welcome students aged approximately 5 to 19 (Year 1 to Year 13) who have identified SEN, with a particular focus on SEMH and autism. Many of our students have experienced barriers to learning in mainstream education and benefit from our personalised approach.
What curriculum does Embleton View School offer?
Our curriculum combines academic, vocational and personal development opportunities. Students can study English, Mathematics, GCSEs, Science, History, Geography, Digital Skills, PE, Creative Arts, Construction, Cookery, Health and Social Care, Work Skills, Duke of Edinburgh Award, PSHE and more.
Do you offer vocational qualifications?
Yes. We offer a range of practical qualifications including Construction, Cookery, Personal Growth and Wellbeing, Health & Social Care, Creative Arts, PE and Work Skills to help prepare students for adulthood and employment.
