About the home

At The Elms near Newport, we provide bespoke support for eight people who, alongside their learning disabilities, may have additional needs such as autism, acquired brain injury, Prader-Willi syndrome or complex health conditions. We encourage and motivate each person to feel good about themselves, build confidence and take part in the things that matter most to them.

Through person-centred planning we promote life skills and greater independence, with two studio apartments offering a clear progression pathway and a spacious garden overlooking the countryside for practical, hands-on activities.
