At Merestone House, we focus on the person, not just their condition. However complex someone’s needs, we offer the encouragement, support and motivation to help them set and reach meaningful goals.
We use the Recovery Star model to guide progress across managing mental health, building self-esteem, developing living skills and maintaining social networks. Our support is underpinned by Accomplish’s in-house clinical team, ensuring care is personalised and grounded in best practice.
