About
About the home
Ty Maes Rhos provides specialist residential care for up to nine adults of mixed gender in the heart of Swansea, supporting people living with mental health needs, mild learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder or a personality disorder. Within walking distance of the city centre, it offers a safe, therapeutic and recovery-focused home.
We deliver care through a trauma-informed, person-centred approach grounded in safety, trust and choice, using relapse prevention plans and the Recovery Star model to help people build independence, confidence and resilience.
